Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Minco Gas Authority ("MGA") website at mincogasok.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is provided as a convenience to MGA customers; you may always pay your bill in person or by mail instead.

2. What the Site Lets You Do

The Site lets you:

• Pay your bill online through our third-party payment portal, NextBillPay;
• Review service policies, fees, and frequently asked questions; and
• Send a message to the office through the contact form.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to access bill or account information for accounts that are not yours;
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to query the Site;
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the Site's security;
• Reproduce or republish material from the Site without permission, except as expressly allowed by law.

4. Bill Information & Disputes

Any balance shown in the NextBillPay payment portal is provided for your convenience. If a balance appears incorrect, MGA's billing records as of the time of payment are authoritative for any dispute.

To dispute a charge, please contact the office in person or by mail. Disputes initiated through the Site's contact form will receive a response within one business day where possible.

5. Online Payments

Online payments are processed by NextBillPay through its own payment portal. By initiating an online payment, you also agree to NextBillPay's terms of service and privacy policy. NextBillPay — not MGA — is responsible for the secure handling of your card or bank account details.

Processing fees: any convenience or processing fee charged for online payment is displayed in the NextBillPay portal before you commit to pay.

To avoid online processing fees, pay in person or by mail.

6. Refunds

If you believe an online payment was processed in error, contact the office. Verified errors will be refunded back to the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MGA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

MGA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including damages from inaccuracies in displayed bill information or from third-party services such as NextBillPay or Netlify. MGA's total liability for any matter related to the Site is limited to the bill amount paid by you, if any, in the prior twelve months.

9. Service Interruptions

MGA reserves the right to take the Site offline for maintenance or other reasons. Service interruptions on the Site never relieve a customer of the obligation to pay their gas bill on time. If the Site is unavailable, please pay in person or by mail.

10. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Grady County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
