The Minco Gas Authority ("MGA," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at mincogasok.com, how we use it, and which third-party services help us deliver the site.

Online bill payment. The website itself does not collect any payment or account information. When you choose to pay online, you are taken to our third-party payment portal, NextBillPay, where any information you enter is collected and processed by NextBillPay under its own privacy policy.

Contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, you provide your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, a topic, and your message. Those details are delivered to the office via email so we can reply.

Start New Service form. If you request new service, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the service/street address, whether you rent or own the property, and (if renting) your landlord's name. Those details are delivered to the office via email so we can process your request.

Automatic information. Like virtually every website, we receive standard server-log information when you visit (IP address, browser type, time of visit). We use this only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
